PN LLC is managed by Paul E. Niedermeyer, who originally founded whois.net after graduating from the University of California at Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics. Paul successfully sold whois.net to The American Business Network (TABNet). Paul went on to become the Vice President of Marketing at TABNet, which was acquired by Verio, Inc. for $45,500,000. Paul then went on to work at Network Solutions, Inc. from 1997 to 1998 as a Product Manager where he successfully defined the company’s dot com mail and directory products. Paul then accepted a position at Verio, Inc. and relocated to the company’s Boca Raton Florida office; throughout 1999 to 2005 he served in a variety of marketing and product management positions related to online advertising, UNIX hosting, Windows hosting and domain name registration.
Paul has successfully assisted companies in: (i) acquiring and selling internet domain names and toll free numbers to promote products, trademarks and other intellectual property assets in order to fulfill marketing objectives; (ii) designed and executed marketing and project management campaigns related to specific products as well as overall branding strategies; (iii) written technical requirements for Internet software solutions used to automate order management, business process, as well as other operational, marketing and business development deliverables; and (iv) coordinated acquisition of capital markets financing.
